- Travis Air Force Base wishes to procure Vue Cards. This solicitation is sole sourced to Abbott Medical Optics. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Only offers from AMO will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at http://www.eps.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 11 August 2010, it is incumbent upon the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Firm or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective offeror interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors are asked to submit their CAGE code and TAX ID number with their proposal. Quotes may be transmitted by e-mail or to fax number (707) 424-2712.
