- Graphics Illustrator Performance Work Statement Description: Notice to Contractors: Graphic Illustrator Services. The United States Air Force has a requirement for services providing Graphic Illustrator Services. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision necessary to support the AF/SG graphic illustrator effort by providing support for presentations, displays, briefings, printed materials and other related projects. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 541430. The period of performance will be from 1 September 2010 through 31 August 2011 plus four (4) option years. The Government reserves the unilateral right to exercise any option periods. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Offers shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The solicitation notice will be posted on or about 11 Aug 2010.
