- BAA-10-85 (DRAFT) adobe pdf file The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is soliciting comments and suggestions from industry on the attached draft Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from industry to improve the content, clarity, correctness, and completeness of the draft BAA. The Government will consider all questions and comments received from potential offerors in preparation of the BAA until two (2) weeks following the planned Industry Day. The Industry Day date is TBD but will most likely be held in mid to late September. Precise information regarding any Industry Day, to include registration details, will be announced on FedBizOpps via a separate special notice. This is a special notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement. This draft BAA neither constitutes a request for proposal, nor does it restrict DARPA to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and requests for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government does not intend to respond to the questions or comments. Telephone inquiry will not be accepted. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. Responses shall be submitted electronically to DARPA-BAA-10-85@darpa.mil.
