- Provide pricing and availability for an automated cell counter, quantity of 1 with the following requirements; 1. Must have USB ports for data transfer. 2. Computer must not be needed to function/operate due to lack of space. 3. Must have the ability to count many culture preparations contiguously without compromising sterility. 4. Must have the ability to prepare slides in advance. 5. Must provide viability (death vs live cells) and total count at the same time. 6. Must not be bigger than; 27cm (w) x 20cm (d) x 19cm (h) to fit in available space. 7. Must have a sensitivity of cell counting range; 1 x 10 to the fourth - 1 x 10 to the seventh. 8. Must be able to count different cells in their own unique medium including primary cells. 9. Must not require more than 10ul of cell suspension for cell counting. 10. Must also provide pricing for consumable slides (2 cell count per slide unit) Offerors are requested to quote on the item as specified. All offers must be F.O.B. destination Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. If any freight charge exceed $250.00 a separate invoice must be sent. Acopy of the actual freight bill must be included with the invoice. SAIC Frederick is eligible for Federal Supply Schedule pricing.
