- Description
- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, Mississippi, intends to procure construction services for installation of a 132 x 128 shade structure at the Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the services. The completion time is 30 calendar days after award, but we would like the work complete by 30 September. This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $33.5M. Estimated Construction cost is $25,000 to $100,000.00. Specifications and Request for Quotation W912HZ-10-T-0027 will be available on or about August 13, 2010 and can be uploaded from the FBO website; no paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. This acquisition is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All contractors doing business with the Government must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. Responses will be due on or about September 13, 2010 following the instructions outlined in the solicitation.
