- Presolicitation Notice The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Sam Houston intends to issue a solicitation for Professional, Administrative and Technical Support Services (PATSS) at Fort Hood Texas. The requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 561210, with a size standard of $35.5 Million. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). When issued, the RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps under solicitation Number W9124J-10-R-0031. The previous announcement number for the PATSS requirement was W9124J-10-PASS. All future announcements for the Fort Hood Texas PATSS requirement Texas will be announced under W9124J-10-R-0031. The approximate issue date of the solicitation is 22 September 2010 and the approximate closing date is 25 October 2010, 4:00pm Central Time.
