- Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. This project is to repair low spots where masonry wall was broken approximately 4 SY, construct 30 LF of reinforced masonry wall, install 106 MSF of sod, trim 7 trees, remove 3 trees, place 4 trees, place 62 juniper bushes, return water valve riser to grade, repair metal utilities box, repair 2 screen wall gates, repairing 2300 SY of holes and ruts, return stump to grade, remove/ place 115 LF of concrete edging, replace 450 SF of sidewalk, place 44 CY of stone, regrade 11,000 SY, repair/ verify 102,000 SF of irrigation system, aerate 9 MSF, and repair the irrigation system pump line in BLG 762. The period of Performance for this project is 90 calendar days with a winter exclusion period from 15 Nov to 15 April. The work will take place on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for completion of the scope of this project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this project is 561730 and the anticipated magnitude is between $100,000.00 and$250,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 26 Aug 2010. The Request For Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.13 HUBZone Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov ). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF (See Internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration).
