- Project Description: Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary for the construction of a Trail at the Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery. Work to incllude Site Clearing, Earthwork, Aggregate Path, Fencing and Turf Reestablishment as stated in the Technical Specifications and Drawings. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $25K and 100K. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656 and is not set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, with a corresponding small business size standard of $33.5 million.
