- ****Modification is to notify the location of these two projects. Utah Hill is at 37 degrees 9'21.90" N 113 degrees 52'60.00" W - 7640 Elevation. Red Spur is 41 degrees 37'54.39" N 111 degrees 24'40.76"W. - 8867 Elevation.*** The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a need to establish a contract for providing Lightning Grounding services for 2 separate locations in Utah in accordance with the Motorola 2005 Revised R56 standards.. The two locations include Utah Hill near St. George, Utah in Washington County and the Red Spur location west of Randolph, Utah in Rich County. There will be a site visit required for the Utah Hill project which will occur on or around 9/1/2010. The exact time and contact person for the site visit will be outlined in the solicitation. The requirement will be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The NAICS number for this procurement is 238990. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 23, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by September 7, 2010 8 am MST. Offerors are required to obtain a DUN and Bradstreet (DUNS) number (www.dnb.com) and register with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Prospective offerors are required to visit this website (www.fedconnect.net) periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents.
