- The following are questions/Answers in association with the solicitation. 1) Clins 0001, 1001, 2001 all ask for routine service calls 60 each, what is the average time frame for each service call. Some calls will last minutes, others hours. On average a service call will be one hour. 2) The Certificate for air compressor training, how current do they need to be and is there a specific certificate you are looking for, (basic certificate or do we need to be certified by each manufacture). The certification, is the basic industry certification for air compressor maintenance. It does not have to be manufacture specific. How current depends on what ever the industry standard is. The solicitation is now being extended to 17 August 2010, 1200 pm Alaska time
