- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of Kairos Autonomi, 2.4 GHZ Target Comm System, p/n: KA-200-4, quantity required: one (1) each; 2.4 GHZ Target Comm System Host, p/n: KA-200-04-02, quantity required: one (1) each; Extra Camera with mount and pigtail, p/n: KA-208-01-06, quantity required: two (2) each; Extra Camera with mount and pigtail, p/n: KA-238-01, quantity required: two (2) each; and High Speed Camera Capture System, p/n: KA-100-01-150, quantity required: one (1) each. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole surce basis with Kairos Autonomi, 508 West 8360 South, Sandy, Utah, 84070-6440. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304-( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and / or equipment are available form one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
