- Description
- The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Design-Build Services for the Renovation of the Ground Floor North Entrance (Project #635-10-502) per the specifications and plans to be provided via electronically at www.fbo.gov on or around August 18th, 2010. NAICS code is 236220 is applicable to this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, design, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to perform this contract. This project includes (but is not limited to) design services, general construction, asbestos abatement, necessary removal of existing structures, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and other items. The project will engage an Architectural and Engineering (A/E) to take existing 3rd party 90% construction drawings to completion based on existing conditions and potential updates to those previous drawings and then construct the project to enclose the majority of the now open area east of the current North Entrance to the medical center from the end of the current open courtyard north to the main parking lot. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
