- Request for Quotation Wage Rates Scope of Work This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-10-Q-7KH338. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 236220 size standard of $33.5 million This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Anticipated award date; August 26th, 2010 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business on August 24th, 2010. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092. Site visits will be conducted at USCG Air Station Miami on August 12, 2010 and August 16-19, 2010 during normal hours of operation. Contact LT. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer USCG BSU Miami (fp) Attn: Kevin Mosca 909 SE 1st Ave, Room 512 Miami, FL 33131. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations No: FL100126, Revision No: FL126, Date of Revision: 04/23/2010 SCOPE OF WORK: See attached SOW for the complete statement of requirements. Performance Period: Service to be completed by contractor within 45 days after receipt of award. The Contractor shall provide a supervisor, available at all times when work on the station is in progress, and sufficient personnel to comply with these requirements. The supervisor shall be able to speak, write and understand English. All personnel shall check in with the front gate and receive Visitor passes. Licenses: Any contractor or sub-contractor shall be licensed by the state of Florida in all areas applicable to this contract. Work hours: Unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), all work shall be completed during normal working hours from 0730-1530, Monday - Friday. Project duration is six weeks. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
