- This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order toComplete Parachute Solutions (CPS) for the purpose of providing the items listed below. Contract Line Item 0001- 1 Each: CPS-MS-360 M2- 9 CELL HYBRID CANOPY STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE MANUFACTURED BY PERFORMANCE DESIGNS The above line items will be used to replace the main parachute from a Special Operations Vector (SOV) III parachute system. The exact replacement is required to safely complete the re-packing of the SOV III system. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).
