- The U. S. Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), 401 14th Street, SW, Room 459, Washington, DC 20227 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Destiny Management, 8720 Georgia Ave, Suite 501,, Silver Spring, MD 20910 for Professional and Management Development Training services. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within five days after the date of publication of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
