- The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of (NICU) intends to award a sole source procurement to (TRI-ANIM) for items: 85-PF-UNIT-US PRECISION FLOW IEA/EA AND 85-VAP-001-60 ROLLSTAND IV. (URGENT REQUIREMENT) The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
