- Full Text Clauses, SOW, Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial service: 0001- Rototill Services, IAW Statement of Work Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Base Year: 1 Oct 10 - 30 Sept 11 1001- Rototill Services, IAW Statement of Work Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 1: 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sept 12 2001- Rototill Services, IAW Statement of Work Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 2: 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sept 13 3001- Rototill Services, IAW Statement of Work Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 3: 1 Oct 13 - 30 Sept 14 4001- Rototill Services, IAW Statement of Work Quantity and Unit of Issue: 12 Months Option Year 3: 1 Oct 14 - 30 Sept 15 FOB: Destination for delivery to: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-4369 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-11-Q-0009. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 561730 Size Standard of $7.0 Million, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition, all listed by reference in accordance with FAR 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference; FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Included by Reference(http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffara.htm) : The clause at FAR 52.247-37 FOB Destination The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
