- RECOVERY - 900MHz ETHERNET RADIOS (DELIVERY ORDER) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PX00844 awarded to Intuicom, Inc. of Boulder, Colorado. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The delivery order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract Number G10PX00844, Order Number G10PD02337, Dollar Value of This Action is $40,040.00 for the purchase of EB3 Plus 900 MHz radios. The period of performance is through 30 September 2010 and the Place of Performance is at the contractor's facility. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN: SV0010.3).
