- ***This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and replaces previous pre-solicitation notice VA25810RP0229. *** *** Please send an email to: Frank.Gamboa@va.gov for a complete copy of the solicitation packet. *** *** Responses will be due on 8/31/2010 6:00 PM EST. *** The El Paso VA Health Care System has a need for janitorial services at the Las Cruces, NM Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1635 Don Roser Las Cruces, NM 88001. The Contractor shall provide daily coverage, after 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays) to include furnishing all labor, supervision, management support, equipment, supplies and materials to provide cleaning of treatment areas and administrative support offices at the CBOC, a 5,967 square feet facility. Period of performance will be October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewals thereafter. NAICS code is 561720 with small business size standard being $16.5M.
