- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 558-315, New Research Building # 15, Phase 2 at the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina. The work will consist of general construction, site work, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, roofing, interior finishes, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work necessary to construct a three story addition to an existing two story research building with each floor having a total square footage of approximately 9,250 SF. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
