- TITLE: 1560; DOOR, AIRCRAFT; F-5E, T, T-38A AIRCRAFT PR: 0024635055, ISSUE DATE: 25 AUG 2010; CLOSING DATE: 24 SEP 2010 NSN: 1560-01-211-8982; PR: 0024635055; Item: Door, Aircraft; P/N: J113186-2. The item intended sources are: Boeing Company, The (CAGE 17765, 81205, and 88277) P/N: J113186-2 or Barnes Group Inc (CAGE 28622 and 32317) P/N: J113186-2. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however has data proprietary. Any manufacturer, other than Boeing Company, The (CAGE 17765, 81205, and 88277) P/N: J113186-2 or Barnes Group Inc (CAGE 28622 and 32317) P/N: J113186-2, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Firm Fixed Price contract for12 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Casting & Forging and Tooling may be required. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070 and Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Production delivery will be 180 days from date of award (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 25 August 2010 with a closing date of 24 September 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
