- Contract Award Amount equals $742,263.66 Recovery Funds, and $399,680.44 Non-Recovery Funds. Work consists of modification, reconstruction and repair of 22 closure structures. Three closure structures will be permanently closed by filling the opening with soil. Swing gates will be replaced at two sites and reconstructed at 13 sites. Gate reconstruction includes repair of steel and new paint and seals. Concrete sills at four sites will be repaired. Concrete abutments will be replaced at 2 sites and repaired at one site. Additional work includes sealing concrete at one location and resealing all expansions joints.
