- Description The General Services Administration currently occupies 6,350 rentable square feet of office space in Philadelphia, PA. The Government intends on exercising a five year renewal option at this location. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous to the Government and if all space requirements can be met. Factors used in the evaluation include costs of all tenant improvements, the physical move, move coordination, telecommunication costs, security costs, etc. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. Any offered property must be located within Philadelphia, PA, 19142. The lease term will be for five years with full termination rights at any time. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted within ten days and must include the building name and address, a description of the offered space, the rentable square feet and the rentable rate per square foot. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
