- Wage Determination Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Evaluation Factors: Award will be made using Lowest price technically acceptable procedures. Technically acceptable will be graded as pass/no pass. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, bidders shall: 1) Provide two commercial dishwasher installation references in similar size and scope to the attached Statement of Work. Wage Determination: Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 05-2381 (Rev.-9) applies and is attached to this solicitation. Applicable FAR Clauses: 1) 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 2) 52.212-3: Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items 3) 52.212-5: Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items 4) 52.232-18: Availability of Funds Clause Bidding Instructions: 1) Bidders are required to use the Bid Sheet included in the Statement of Work. 2) Each Reference shall be kept to a maximum of two (2) pages. 3) Each proposal shall have a cover sheet with company point of contact information.
