- Statement of Work entitled 'Federal Geospatial-Intelligence Education Support' The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information from potential sources to support the Agency's need to acquire a Master's Degree educational program in Geographic Information Systems. The program shall begin no earlier than January, 2011, with a duration of less than twelve months, for up to five Intelligence Community students. This is an inquiry for informational purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals. The contractor must be able to perform the requirement as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) entitled 'Federal Geospatial-Intelligence Education Support' dated 8 July 2010. The targeted NAICS code for this effort is 611310 (Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools). The contract type which we will be using is firm fixed price. The period of performance is for eleven months beginning 01 December 2010 to 30 November 2011. Please identify your organization as a Large Business, Small Business or 8(a) certified, if applicable. Interested sources shall demonstrate their abilities in accordance with the corresponding SOW by providing a detailed capabilities statement. Responses are to be submitted electronically by 12:00 p.m. on August 19, 2010. All submissions and questions are to be submitted to the contract specialist identified below.
