- The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to paint fire hydrants throughout the installation at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the projects specifications, drawings, solicitation and contract documents. This project is being set-aside for all responsible and responsive Service Disabled, Veteran Owned (SDVO) small business concerns under NAICS 238320 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. All responsible and responsive SDVO sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The Request for Quotes will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 18 August 2010 and quotes will be due on or about 16 September 2010. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
