Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to sole source award with General Dynamics Company in Orlando, FL. This is under the authority of FAR 6.302 for Remote Firinig Devices. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be based on General Dynamics specifications. As award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR 13.5.
