- Description
- The purpose of this work is to provide organizational support for the Knowledge Services Division (KSD). ). The contractor is responsible for providing Knowledge Management (KM) training which includes a 2 day monthly KM Basic Course at Fort Leavenworth or available as a KM Mobile Training Team, an Enterprise Content Management course, and other training such as AKO Administrator Training, MS SharePoint and Adobe Connect. In addition, the contractor is responsible for conducting Knowledge Assessments in order to help organizations get an indication of their health in terms of knowledge flow, knowledge creation and transfer, and ultimately knowledge management processes, strategies, and approaches.
