- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (2 Inch Minus Road Base) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-10-Q-0063 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 212313. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 1423. The small business size standard is 500 EMP. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5610. This solicitation is for the purchase of Class II, 2 inch minus road base crushed rock. The items will be delivered to building 2155 at Operations and Training on RifleRange Rd aboard Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twenty-nine Palms, CA. All quantities must be received on or before 30 August 2010. No special packaging required. Contractor can dump on site. The government is seeking FOB destination. The following includes the size and the quantity of what is needed, please note that the bare minimums are listed. All items quoted must meet or exceed requirements': CLIN 0001- Qty: 8,733 Tons: A total of 8,733 tons of crushed aggregate in 2 inch minus. The rock will be used to construct roads aboard base.
