- Provide all labor, materials, tools equipment necessary to install new 4', 6', 8' Butterfly valve, install 1 new Victallic expansion joint,80' of schedule 80 black pipe(welded), install new 2' hot tap, if required install new 4' valve at the hot water main, install all new piping and fittings at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center Houston Texas. This will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business or Veteran Owned small business concern set aside under NAICS 238220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $14 Million. The procurement will be subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The RFQ Will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 12, 2010 and will be due on August 26, 2010 3:00 pm CST.
