- The project consists of complete renovation of the existing 2-story building 2303, including HVAC and incidental related work. The estimated range of construction is $1,000,000. to $5,000,000. IMPORTANT NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. See FAR 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside (Jan 1999) for the entire clause. HUBZone small business concern, as used in this clause, means a small business concern that appears on the list of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered. ALL OFFERORS/BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation will be available on or about August 25, 2010. The solicitation and any amendments for this Invitation for Bids will be posted on www.fbo.gov Viewing/downloading documents from www.fbo.go will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).
