- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Velodyne Acoustics, Inc. Item 0001 UDL-32 LiDAR Sensor, Parnt number 80-HDL32 (2 each). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. Direct procurement questions via e-mail to: Belinda.santos@navy.mil.
