- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Stabbert Maritime Yatch & Ship, LLC in support of the Office Naval Research persitent littoral undersea surveillance (plus) program. Item 0001 charter service (1 lot); Item 0002 Transit ship time (1 lot); Item 0003 Fuel (1 lot); Item 0004 Lube oil (1 lot); Item 0005 Installation and removal LaRS (1 lot).
