- Maui Lead Module v20090713 drawing RFQ -PIFSC-10-046 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) is seeking a contractor to The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) requires that lead components be manufactured, per the attached drawings. These components will be used in assembling Modular Anchors for Underwater Instruments (MAUI). The North American Industry Classification System code is 332710. Business size standard is 500 employees. Any small business capable of providing this service is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This is a simplified acquisition estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the Request for Quotation from this site. The government requires that all contractors doing business with the government must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) Requirements: ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the database. Please register Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov.
