- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155710RC114FS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 423620 and the small business size standard is 100. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: • Dyson Airblade Hand dryer or Equal • Hand Dryer, 6 each • Casing construction: Polycarbonate • Electrical supply: 230-240 V AC, single phas 50 Hz • Rated power: 1600w • Motor type: Digital motor. Switched reluctance brushless • Motor speed: 88,000 rpm • Heater type: none • Standby power consumption: 1W • Energy consumption per dry: 0.0044 kwh • Touch-free infra-red activation • Hand dry time: 10 seconds (measured to method defined by National Sanitation Foundation Protocol P335) • Operation lock-out period: 30 seconds • Airspeed at apertures: 400 mph • Operating airflow: 37 l/s • Rated operating noise power: 85 dB(A) • Lifetime anti-microbial HEPA H12 filter • Particulate removal tested to 99.5% at 0.15 MPPS according to EN1822 • Bacteria removal 99.9% • Standard warranty (includes service & labor) • Shipping to 36 CES/CEF Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929 Items should be shipped no later than 30 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
