- Construct : Contractor shall provide & install all necessary labor and material to convert the Monaco BT2-3 & BT2-4 transceivers to BT-XF transceivers. Contractor shall provide & install the following 196 each BT2-3 to BT-XF conversion kits (communication cards) part number (P/N) 227-646-01, contractor shall provide & install 76 each BT2-4 to BT-XF conversion kits (communication cards) P/N 227-647-01 contractor shall provide & install 64 each back plane cards P/N 176-212-00 and 92 each fire zone cards (list of buildings to be converted to BT-XF and number of zones per building will be issued to the contractor by fire department upon start of project )Contractor shall also upgrade 2 each M1 panels (1 conventional & 1 addressable) from DTMF to FSK technology.Contractor shall follow all Monaco or equal factory engineering recommendation and instructions for the installation of the new transceiver kits.Contractor shall remove the printed circuit boards from the existing Monaco BT2-3&4 transceivers in all buildings and replace with Monaco or equal BT-XF transceiver conversion kits. Contractor shall remove only the needed parts to be replaced, new parts shall be installed in the existing enclosure All new converted BT-XF transceivers shall be programmed to transmit existing FACP ZIDS. Print out of these existing ZIDS shall be provided by FLW fire department at the time of transceiver installation,Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibits will be provided with the formal Invitation for Bid Request. The invitation for Bid will be released on or about 20 August2010. The project range is between $1,000,000.00.00 and $5,000,000.00. Award will be pursuant to FAR part 19 Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may sumbit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. All Invitation for Bid will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated information will not receive a response. Fax or email request will be accepted.
