Description
PR No: IQC10215009016; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Countermeasure Set used on the AN/ALQ-135. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 5865-01-063-0379 Approved Source: MICROWAVE ENGINEERING CORPORATION, CAGE 88236, P/N R71-108A Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 3 each Minimum per delivery order: 3 each Maximum per delivery order: 6 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 6 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 18 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 52 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 30, 2010. The anticipated award date is October 31, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
