- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, New York, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02111000047 for fresh bread products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing. Quantities are estimated, not guaranteed. The term of the contract shall be from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011. The estimated yearly quantities are 54,080 loaves of wheat bread, 8,840 packages of hot dog rolls, 4,940 packages of hamburger rolls, 3,120 packages of steak rolls and 5,000 packages of dinner rolls. The solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2010 and will be distributed solely through this website. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 14, 2010. The solicitation is set aside for small business. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
