- "RECOVERY" THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO AN 8(A) CONTRACTOR SELECTED BY THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 40181RR045, FFS Project Number R4RB, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) Number: TAS::14 1613::TAS. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intend to enter into negotiation with Reilly Construction, Inc. to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the construction of a Visitor Center at Mammoth Spring NFH.
