- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND ANY OTHER NEEDED MATERIAL FOR PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT. WORK MUST CONTINUE THROUGHOUT DAY EQUIPMENT REMOVAL AND OPERATIONAL STARTUP AND ACCEPTANCE. 2. REPLACE AN EXISTING HOT WATER HEATER AND REPLACE WITH ARMSTRONG FLO-RITE-TEMP. TRIP PTWDMC2 BS1 TRIPLEX HOT WATER HEATER PRE-PIPED PACKAGE WITH 15 GPM @ 30 FOOT OF HEAD CIRCULATION PUMP AND (2) EACH BRAINSCAN AND DRV80 MIXING VALVES. 3.ARMSTRONG PRE-PIPPED PRV STATION WITH TWO 6" REGULATORS INLET PRESSURE 30/15 EACH SIZED FOR 14,380 LBS./HR.,SAFETY RELIEF VALVE SET FOR 25 PSI PRE-FABED WITH ONE COMMON HEADER AS SHOWN IN DRAWING( ATTACHED) FOR THE TRI-PLEX ENTER 4.PROVIDE COMPLETE START UP BY FACTORY TECHNICIAN TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION OF THE HOT WATER HEATERS. The Hot Water heaters shall be delivered and installed by 15 September 2010. All bids must be submitted on or before 16 August 2010 by 2:00 pm CST. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Payment will be issued by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All vendors must be CCR Registered at http://www.ccr.gov prior to receiving award. This order will include the following referenced clauses which may be accessed electronically at www.aquisition.gov/far: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items Alternate I The offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. After reviewing the ORCA database information, the offeror verifies by submission of this offer that the representation and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and certifications-Commercial Items, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation (including the business size standard applicable to the NAICS code referenced for this solicitation), as of the date of this offer and are incorporated in this offer by reference); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; Addendum to 52.212-4 (q) Other Compliances applies: Federal Law and regulation require Government contractors to possess appropriate insurance coverage for their employees. The Government reserves the right to request evidence of appropriate insurance.
