- Section J, Atch 6 Section J, Atch 5 Section J, Atch 4 Section J, Atch 3 Section J, Atch 2 Section J, Atch 1 Request for Proposal SOLICITATION IS ISSUED EFFECTIVE 6 AUG 10; SEE ATTACHMENTS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation for repair lift station 1381 at Patrick Air Force Base, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace all piping, pumps and controls and repair the walls in sanitary sewer lift station 1381. Period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 6 Aug 10 and proposal closing date of 7 Sep 10 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 237110/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZone. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
