- SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT OF WORK SPECIFICATION Solicitation N00421-10-T-0336 is issued as a request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Lemax/Ram Inc, for the line items listed below, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: Clin 1, 1 lot, consisting of 5 each, Evaluate Centrifugal Blowers for potential repair, NSN 4130-00-103-0541, P/N 38403A. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATION. Clin 2, 1 lot consisting of 5 each, Repair of Centrifugal Blowers. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATION Award is expected to 08/16/2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 08/10/2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
