- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Databases The Census Bureau hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Databases in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) SubPart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items, and as authorized under FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Attached please find solicitation document #USCB-2010-08-06-RFP-COMMDB, which includes all information required for Offerors to submit proposals. Please note the following ACQ Milestones and proposal due dates, as identified in Section 15 of the attached document: August 06, 2010 - Issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation August 13, 2010 - Questions from Vendors due to Contracting Officer August 20, 2010 - Response to Questions posted on FedBizOpps August 27, 2010 - Offerors submit exceptions/acceptance of Government-suggested non-disclosure agreements (see Sections 6.3.7.2, Section 8(b)(10), and Attachment J-2) September 10, 2010 - Proposals and Sample Commercial Databases due from Offerors
