- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires a heat flux instrument capable of thermal conductivity testing of various materials in accordance with ASTM C518-10 Standard Test Method for Steady-State Thermal Transmission Properties by Means of the Heat Flow Meter Apparatus and ISO 830:1 Thermal InsulationDetermination of steady-state thermal resistance and related propertiesHeat flow meter apparatus. The completion date will be seven (7) weeks from date of award. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-10-T-0128 will be issued on or about 23 August 2010 with a closing date on or about 30 August 2010. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Lisa Trusler, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005.
