Description

STATEMENT OF WORK SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Dillon Aero as follows: Clin 0001, 1 lot, consisting of 8.5 demonstration flight hours (13 -.5 hour flights, plus 2 hours ferry time to range) in the MD530F helicopter. See full requirement on attached Statement of Work. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
