- Description
- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Philadelphia intends to award a four (4) month Firm Fixed Price, modification to the existing Lockheed Martin Corp. contract in order to continue support repair requirements for the E-2C aircraft for the A/N/APS-139/-129/-145 radar system. This requirement will cover many line items. Due to the unavailability of technical documentation or drawings, the government intends to contract on a sole source basis as Lockheed Martin is the only known source who is capable of providing the extensive repairs. FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements applies.
