- SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, MD intends to procure the following item on a non-competitive basis with CORE Aviation Services Inc. This requirement is set aside for small business. Clin 0001, P/N 287800KF2375-1, NSN 5180-01352-6232, Trailing E Tool Set. Complete set. Substitution or alternate item will not be accepted. Vendor must be CORE Aviation Services Inc. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302.1. The Government does now own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, all proposals received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
