- Description
- The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion of the work described. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The Project Consists of 1650' of Road Reconstruction/Realignment on Road 4409, Reconstructing an Approach for Route 44236 and Spot Surfacing on Road 4427. Project Also Consists of Construction Surveying and Staking, Soil Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Removal of Car Body, Removal of Tube Gate, Excavation & Embankment Work, Hauling, Aggregate Surface Course, Roadway Obliteration, Fencing, Seeding & Fertilizing, Sign Installation etc. The Complete Solicitation Package Shall Be Available VIA FBO On or Before August 16, 2010. This Solicitation Falls Under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. FAR 19.1001.... The Award of This Contract is Dependent Upon a Signed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Decision.
