Description

SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION Solicitation N00421-10-T-0346 is issued as a request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Smartronix Inc., for the line items listed below, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: Clin 0001, 100 each, P/N P016-006-000B, Radio Services Board. Award is expected to be 08/15/2010. Delivery requested is 10 weeks ARO or Sooner. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 0800, 08/11/2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
