- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish supplies and materials to accomplish levee rehab work at: Guide Meridian Levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Lynden, WA: Ferndale Levee non-federal levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Ferndale, WA; and Sande- Williams Levee located on the right bank of the Nooksack River near Deming, WA to include riprap, spall rock, 1.25 inch minus and topsoil.
